How does ALPHA RUN 300 differ from the ALPHA RUN 200 model? Both treadmills allow running at speeds up to 18 km/h, but ALPHA RUN 300 is equipped with a more powerful 2,5 HP brushless motor and its running surface is 11,5 cm longer. The larger running surface provides more room for a longer running stride and makes regular running workouts more comfortable. A brushless DC motor has no standard carbon brushes, which means fewer wearing motor parts. This is a practical advantage for a frequently used treadmill. The 140 × 46 cm running surface allows you to walk, jog and run with comfort. The 1,8 mm thick diamond-patterned running belt ensures good grip, and the 15 mm running deck with a cushioning system helps soften step impacts. Speed can be adjusted between 0,8 and 18 km/h. The electronically adjustable incline of up to 12% allows you to simulate uphill running and increase workout intensity without increasing running speed. ALPHA RUN 300 offers 34 training programs, including pre-set workout profiles, goal-based programs, user-configurable interval training and heart rate-based programs. This allows you to train towards a specific goal or with variable intensity. Speed and incline can be adjusted from the console as well as conveniently via buttons on the handrails. Additionally, there are five quick-select buttons for speed and five for incline, which help quickly choose the desired load during training. The training display shows time, distance, speed, running pace, incline, calories burned and heart rate. Hand pulse sensors integrated into the handrails allow you to monitor heart rate. The use of a compatible wireless chest strap is also supported. The Bluetooth connection enables the use of compatible fitness apps, including Kinomap and Zwift. Virtual routes and workout tracking make home running workouts more varied. A separate subscription may be required for some apps.
