KETTLER TOUR 400 R is a recumbent exercise bike with a comfortable backrest for home cardio and endurance workouts. The low seating position, seat with backrest, and forward-positioned pedals allow training in a comfortable posture and reduce strain on the back and joints. An extra-low step-through makes getting on the trainer easy. Therefore, TOUR 400 R is also well suited for users for whom getting onto a standard upright exercise bike is not very comfortable. Electronically controlled magnetic resistance ensures quiet and smooth pedaling. You can choose between 32 resistance levels, and the 8 kg flywheel helps keep movement smooth even during longer workouts. To diversify workouts, TOUR 400 R offers 40 training programs and modes, including automatic programs, goal-oriented workouts, Watt mode, HRC workouts, and custom user settings. Bluetooth FTMS allows connecting the exercise bike to Zwift and Kinomap apps. Next to the console, there is a holder for a smartphone or tablet and a USB-C port for charging a mobile device during training. The wide seat is horizontally adjustable to find the right distance to the pedals. Pulse sensors are integrated into the handles next to the seat. Heart rate can also be measured using a separately sold Bluetooth chest strap.
